what is breathwork?


Your breath is one of the most powerful tools you carry. It is a direct pathway into your nervous system, emotional world, subconscious mind, and embodied patterns of survival.

Breathwork helps the body release what the mind has been carrying. Your breath becomes a bridge between your past overwhelm and your future calm. It can soften what is tense, release what is stuck, and reconnect you with the parts of yourself that learned to shut down to survive. It’s a simple, yet powerful conscious connected breathwork practice that benefits every single level of your being, from the physical to the mental, emotional and even spiritual.

Conscious connected Breathwork is a gentle, structured, clinically grounded modality that helps:

  • Calm an overactive nervous system 

  • Soften chronic tension 

  • Release stored emotional energy 

  • Restore connection to the body 

  • Increase internal capacity 

  • Deepen healing across all modalities 

Breathwork helps your body do what it was designed to do: Release, reset, and return to safety.

What does a 1:1 session look like?

Our session begins with a short check-in regarding where you’re feeling stuck, what you want to get clear on, or what you want to let go of followed by a little grounding work to begin to open your heart space.

From there, I’ll teach you a simple two part breathing pattern which you will practice while I guide you through an active breathing period.

You’ll be guided through 35-40 minutes of conscious connected breathwork. During this, you will be lying down with a blanket and optional eye mask on.

Curated music & oils will be assisting your journey of diving deeper & opening your heart.

We will close with a restorative resting period and a chance to share about your experience.

Each session is different and unique to your journey!

The beautiful thing about the conscious connected breathwork is that it can be achieved both in person or virtually. My clients have experienced equally transformative sessions whether we are in the same room or not.

Breathwork Services

One on One
Available in both single sessions or packages. Committing to several sessions is ideal, as this enables you to fully learn the technique and go deeper with your breath each time. In a similar way to therapy sessions, the more you can commit and put into each session, the more you’ll get out of it. Each session is unique & powerful in it’s own way.

Sessions are available virtually from the comfort of your home, or in person in Portland, Oregon.

Corporate or Private Groups
