What does a 1:1 session look like?

Our session begins with a short check-in regarding where you’re feeling stuck, what you want to get clear on, or what you want to let go of.

From there, I’ll teach you a simple breathing pattern which you will practice while I guide you through a healing session.

Next, you’ll be guided through 35-40 minutes of conscious connected breathwork. During this, you will be lying down with a blanket and optional eye mask on.

During the session, curated music will be assisting your journey of diving deeper & opening your heart.

The session will close with a restorative resting period and a chance to share about your experience.

Each session is different and unique to your journey!

The beautiful thing about the conscious connected breathwork is that it can be achieved both in person or virtually. My clients have experienced equally transformative sessions whether we are in the same room or not.
