This is my soul’s work. What began as a tool to heal myself became a way to help heal others in my community.


My Approach

Breathwork is a grounded, trauma-aware modality that helps you move what your body’s been holding, so healing is no longer conceptual, but something you live & breathe. The simple guided breathing pattern gently opens space in your body, allowing stored tension, suppressed emotion, and long-held protective patterns to soften and move.

Even if it hasn’t felt safe to feel, your body knows how to heal. You are in control. I am here to guide your heart to open wider & release the energy that no longer serves you. Breathing gives us the space to heal & move through the pain, grief, & uncertainty. This practice will create the opportunity to move out of your mind and into your body to deepen your relationship to self. There will be more room for joy, love, & understanding in your future!

The beginning of my shift

We all have an intuitive understanding of the world. It is our own personal road map for survival. Each unique & fully our own. Life lessons are constant - how we react to them tells us where we are in terms of our emotional well-being.

For me, intuition had to be honed in from a young age - for survival. However, because I had to live most of my childhood and early adulthood in fight or flight mode, I pushed my intuition aside on many occasions. It was not until 2019 when I was struck with debilitating, chronic pain, that I realized just how long I had been living in fight or flight. My body revolted - when I could not physically get out of bed due to the pain I knew I had to change. It was time to go inward.

Finally listening to my body meant I could no longer ignore where the pain was truly coming from - deep within. My journey over the next 7 years helped me move mountains in my healing. I am here today, sharing this practice with you, because of that work and I continue to show up for myself to honor the old version of me. She deserved to be free.

Through breathwork, EMDR, hypnosis, myofascial release, craniosacral and meditation I have not only healed myself in so many ways but discovered my soul’s purpose along the way. I have finally met my true self. She is the one ready to help you reconnect with who you really are.

When we are able to drop out of our mind and into our body, we develop a deeper sense of knowing & understanding. That is what the breath does. Do not underestimate the mind + body connection & the power you have to expand your awareness - to finally feel at home in your body.
